Pullups - 12/8/08 - LT. Tiko Crofoot - 48
This is the guy we had heard about. Now you are hearing about him. If you are wanting to be a navy seal someday the thought of ever having to do pull ups side by side with this guy would bring shame to your whole family. But you should know he is real and he is out there. Lt. Tiko Crowfoot is a legend on the west coast and his name was heard long before he even showed up to the contest. Having to beat 42 to win, Lt. Crowfoot set the record at 48. There is some good footage of this in the video. Congratulations Lt. Crofoot
Pushups - 12/8/08 - Chief Paul Watson - 116
Are you kidding me 116 pushups in 2 minutes, after the pull ups? Some said there was smoke coming off that mat when Watson was pushing em’ out. See it for yourself on the video. This guy is animal. Nice Job, Chief. Record stands at 116.
Lunges - 11/20/09 - Master Chief Lee "Flea" Morrison - 45
New for 2009 was the lunge evolution. There had been rumors for over a year around Coronado Island about a dark horse named Flea that would dominate this area. Sure enough Lee came in and absolutely crushed the lunges after doing 4 minutes of pull-ups and push-ups. At 45 reps this record will be tough to beat. Questions still remain as to whether 45 is the number of lunges he did or his age. Hoo ya EOD Master Chief.
8 Count Bodybuilders - 12/08/08 - Lt. Dan Cnossen - 32
The last thing you want to do after a ridiculous amount of pull ups and pushups is 8 count body builders, or see Lt. Cnossen in the competition. Nice Job, Lieutenant. The record stands at 32.
