It is the right thing to do. Let’s face it, most don’t even know what the initials EOD stand for; until their services are needed. The navy alone has lost 11 EOD personnel throughout the current Iraq/Afghanistan war. In honor of their memory we are listing the names of all EOD personnel from all branches of service killed in action during the current Iraq/Afghanistan war. EOD technicians perform thousands of flawless operations without recognition. Their expertise has rendered safe millions of pounds of ordnance and cleared countless IED’s in Iraq/Afghanistan. They continue to do so every single day. However, sometimes things go wrong. One can only imagine the reality of living through a bomb blast.

Wounded EOD Warrior is a non profit organization that provides financial assistance to families of wounded EOD technicians through no questions asked grants. It is our objective to help fund this mission.
